Is your organization agile, innovative, stable, resilient, reliable, efficient plus dynamic, nimble and adaptive?
Can it be all of the above while meeting the expectations of funders, the community, donors, supporters, audiences and staff?
Why should you be concerned with the ‘’health” of your organization?
And how do you assess the health of your organization on a regular basis without taking time away from the daily “real work” of board and staff?
Join us for a three hour interactive workshop on assessing your organization through daily, weekly and monthly habits based on good governance and sensitive, smart management techniques and processes.
This workshop will be of value to board members, senior and middle management, key volunteer leaders as well as staff members responsible for specific aspects of the organizations relationships with donors, audiences and community.
Participants will work together to articulate challenges facing each organization, will assess the value of various methods to meet those challenges and will explore options to implement solutions.
Participants will take away the basic tools required to implement assessment methods in their organization that respect the values of their organization while instilling attitudes and approaches that lead to improvements throughout the organization.
Following the workshop, participants will have a series of three one-hour individualized coaching sessions with Douglas Riske.
